摘 要：随着互联网的全面普及，基于互联网的电子商务也应运而生，并在近年来获得了巨大的发展，成为一种全新的商务模式，被许多经济专家认为是新的经济增长点。作为一种全新的商务模式，它有很大的发展前途。网站的系统管理功能主要体现在对各种商品的管理、对系统实物进行处理、对买卖双方提供一个交易的平台，对供求双方进行自动撮合。
电子商务自动撮合系统是全新商务模式的代表。它是一种特殊的WEB服务器。现代WEB网站的多媒体支持和良好的交互性功能成为建立这种虚拟市场的基础，使得顾客可以像在真实的超级市场一样推着购物车挑选商品，商家也能够及时的发布手中的商品进行销售。
我所用到的编程工具是ASP+ SQL Server 2000。因为ASP是时下里比较流行的网络编程语言，同时它有比较成熟的虚拟服务器系统—IIS作为支持，SQL Server 2000数据库的应用也比较灵活，具有很好的安全性和实用性，所以它们已经具备了实现电子商务自动撮合系统的条件了。
